In this work, we present reflections on Business or Organizational Pedagogy, having as a central theme the perceptions of teachers of the Pedagogy Course on the formation of the pedagogue and its performance in the business field. We assume that the Degree in Pedagogy prepares the professional pedagogue to work within the school, however, as the field of Business Pedagogy is relatively new, there is no specific training course, in this case, the professional who works in Business Pedagogy is graduated in the Pedagogy Course that prepares, in a more specific way, to work at school. Our objective is to understand the perceptions of teachers of the Pedagogy Course about the formation of the pedagogue in view of the performance of this professional in the business field. In this sense, we established as a research question the following question: considering that the business pedagogue does not have a specific training, based on their training in the Pedagogy Course, what are the knowledges to be reconstructed, constructed and mobilized by this professional to act as a pedagogue, in the business field? Theoretically based on authors such as Almeida (2006); Libânio and Pimenta (1999); Franco, Libânio and Pimenta (2011); Paim (2012); Ribeiro (2010) and Severo (2012), among others. As a methodological approach, we adopted a qualitative research, configured as a field research that will use as a data collection instrument the semi-structured interview with pedagogues who study, think and research about pedagogy in non-school spaces. The analysis of the data collected was based on the analysis of the interviewers' statements about their perceptions about training. of the attributions and knowledge necessary for the performance of the business pedagogue. In view of the research carried out, the results found made it possible to understand that the pedagogue, even having initial training aimed at teaching at school, is essential within a company or organization, as this professional acts mainly as a trainer and leader in learning projects. , with the aim of contributing both to the development of individuals and to the productivity of companies or organizations, since it has knowledge in didactics, planning, evaluation, general and specific contents that make up the training base offered in the degree courses in pedagogy.
