Desenvolvimento e aplicação de um modelo de controle de qualidade em uma indústria de materiais elétricos.

Abstract

This study has the objective to develope a quality control model to one factory of electrical materials, and, after its application, we intend to give an analysis of the results we reach. The advantages of the model are shown during the text and we give attention to the damages decurrent of the bad quality of the products made by the factory, and also the yields we have got when the corrective steps were taken. The model works with three programs, which envoives work - manship, production planning and the techniques of inspections - reaching four elements of the production section: man, equipament material and proccess. From the results that we have got and from the conclusions that we have found, we saw that the programs are necessary and suficient, to the implantation of the model, unless, in its initial stages. We offer aspects to be studied later, as the generalization of the problem and the situations where the model can be used.
