Resumo:
This work was developed during the supervised internship period at Thomson Componentes da Amazônia ltda, in the Barium Dielectric sector, with the objective of integrating theory to practice, in order to promote improvements in the dielectric production process, as well as train and perfect the production engineer with the technical knowledge. The internship consisted of a library survey, supervision and control of the production process, as well as administrative training in the Barium Dielectric sector. During the control of the dielectric manufacturing process, the main concern is to produce parts free of imperfections, such as: surface adhesion, warping, broken edges, dimensional stability and others. To obtain parts in perfect condition, it is necessary that the three factors, equipment, operator and raw material are constantly controlled and inspected.
