Resumen:
The present work was developed during the internship activities at Moto Honda da Amazônia Ltda, in the Plastic Injection sector, with the objective of reconciling theory to practice to improve the control and process of Plastic Injection. The concern in controlling the thermoplastic injection process is to produce a product that is free of bubbles, scuffing, surface marks, dimensional stability and/or motorcycle deformations, so that the visual appearance and the expected final mechanical properties are achieved. For this, it is necessary that the three factors, machine, mold and material, are compatible, controlled and inspected permanently.
