Résumé:
This work was developed during the supervised internship period at POLIBRASIL S. S. INDÚSTRIA E COMÉRCIO - CAMAÇARI - BA, in the Product Technology division (GTP), aiming to integrate theory and practice in order to promote improvements in the production process of the various grades of polypropylene produced by the aforementioned company, as well as training and perfecting the Product Engineer with technical knowledge. The internship consisted of two stages, initially a bibliographic research work on biodegradation and recycling of polymers and updating the manual of inputs (additives) used in polypropylene, adding new technical and toxicological information. At the end of the first stage, the work related to the development of the product was carried out, exclusively in the product technology laboratory (TPL). Adaptation of the autoclave as an additive extractor, evaluation of HDPE POLISUL as a substitute for BS009, evaluation of the antioxidant anoxsyn 442 in synergism with irganox 1010 and irganox PS 802 cracked with peroxide and lately, evaluation of sylobloc 44 and 42 silicas in comparison with silica sylobloc 47 used as a standard anti-blocking agent in polypropylene film grades.
