Résumé:
The present work was developed during the internship activities in the Materials Engineering laboratory at UFPB, with the objective of better improving our knowledge through laboratory practice, since these were based solely on theory. The structural ceramic-polymer composite is a combination of two components, each of which maintains its individual characteristics, forming a two-phase structure in which the continuous phase is the ceramic and the dispersed phase is the polymer. In this combination, there is a marked improvement in the mechanical properties of the ceramic, such as apparent porosity, water absorption and especially the modulus of rupture on bending.
