The Management System for Safety and Health at Work provides a set of tools that enhance the efficiency improvement of risk management Safety and Health at Work, presenting itself as a decisive factor for business organizations, as it provides reduction risk of accidents, and promotes the health and satisfaction of workers, resulting in the improvement of operating results and the organization's image, creating new opportunities for growth. Based on that, this work purpose to analyze the existence of the Occupational Safety and Health Management System in a dairy agroindustry and an ice cream and gelato. As for the methodological procedures, the study was conducted on a dairy and ice cream industry and other gelato, both in the city of Sousa. Data collection was conducted through semi-structured interviews with those responsible for health and safety sector in the work of the companies studied and, based on these data we analyzed the existence of management systems Safety and Health at Work in these organizations. The survey results reveal that the studied industries do not have the mentioned management systems, however, have policies in safety and health at work. By comparing them, it was realized that they conform to the programs provided in the Regulatory Standards No. 4, 5, 7 and 9. Arrangements have been suggested to be taken for the implementation of management systems Safety and Health at Work in Industry ice cream and dairy industry, based on the ISO 45001 recommendations.
