Résumé:
The study was directed to find elements in the organization of the family agroindustry and how the producers intend to consolidate in the market. We found positive points, as well as several obstacles or problems for its implementation. It was also of great importance to highlight the alternatives for overcoming problems, since the industrialization of agricultural products is part of the local culture and of the productive process of the farmers, which generates a significant income. From this perspective, this paper undertook a comparative analysis in the organization of agroindustry, emphasizing two situations, the first one revealing the moments before the adequacy of fruit pulp production and a second one during the process of its readaptation. The research engages aspects of the Brazilian economy, once it has as a main frame the valorization of the small family agroindustry, its historical process and its diversity of products. The objective of this work is to systematically analyze the process of the family agroindustry in the city of Cajazeiras, considering the modes of production and the concepts related to its sustainable growth. The concepts of agribusiness and sustainable development are addressed in the direction of strengthening the national economy, be it in creating jobs or even securing natural resources for the next generations. The research has a methodology that ensures the results about the process, through several aspects; among the most important is the bibliographical survey on the subject, as well as its legislation. The application of a checklist allowed this research to have practical and relevant
results, which gave to the researched agroindustry a sustainability aspect. With the results of the research we can verify that agribusiness, when it is used in an efficient way, will allow a greater income, besides creating markets for local development. The final considerations reveal the need to support family farming, mainly in order to have harmony and rationality in the natural resources that are used.
