Abstract:
With the child health pandemic19 the health care services cared for by COVID and health care
of the health care of the affected person. Therefore, the objective was to understand the
organization of the work process and primary child health care during the COVID-19 pandemic.
This is a descriptive, qualitative study carried out with eight nursing professionals (nurses and
technicians) working in family health units in two cities in Rio Grande do Norte, Brazil. Data
collection took place from January to March 2022, through findings learned and treated from
Bardin's Content Analysis. The results structure for two thematic categories. It is understood
the care with the consequences that permeate the suspension of care at risk of occurrence of
children to the virus. However, the gradual return of care, with scheduled consultations linked
to activation through the creation of lists and informative materials through social networks,
organizational and work strategies studied to attract children were disseminated. It is noticed
that the guarantee of integral awareness and longitudinal integration of the requirement,
creativity and adaptation in the work process of the nursing team, and of the other members of
the health unit, in order to help families and guarantee the full right to health.
