Abstract:
This work sought to evaluate the forage production of the Cultivar BRS Ponta Negra irrigated with agribusiness effluents from cattle and agribusiness processing of milk and derivatives belonging to the IFPB – Sousa, in different dilutions, using artesian well water as reference, cultivated in bucket and where the determination of Green and Dry Matter, Crude Protein, Neutral Detergent Fiber and Fiber in acid detergent and ash were realizes besides chemical analysis of the soil before, during and after the experiment and physical-chemical analysis of the water before and after its passage through the soil. The treatments that received cattle wastewater in higher concentrations presented the best results and all the wastewater in different concentrations presented better results in the productivity of the plants when compared to the water of the artesian well. Therefore, this study shows the possibility of the production of sorghum with wastewater by the rural producers of the semiarid, being the presence of cattle residues more efficient in the production of fodder, collaborating for the adequate destination of these effluents.
