Environmental Education is the process in which the individual and the community build social values and attitudes aimed at the conservation of the environment, whose learning process can be worked at school, in the family and in social life. This work aimed to use interactive activities aimed at improving the learning and teaching of Environmental Education in a fourth year class of an elementary school in the city of Pombal-PB. For this, bibliographic research was carried out in books, articles, academic works and websites, as well as steps: 1) visit, presentation of this research to the Director and the school's Pedagogical Coordination; 2) meetings (virtual and presential) and 3) Application of questionnaires. The proposed methodology of using didactic games, lectures, questionnaires and videos were pedagogical tools that promoted interest, participation, sharing of ideas and knowledge of the topics covered. With the surveys of the questionnaires, it was found that 68% of the students responded that they learned about the environment at school, 29% said that water conservation was the topic they were most interested in learning about, 33% responded that they take inorganic waste produced at home. to be taken by the garbage truck and 67% of the students answered that the global warming occurs through the action of man and natural causes. The graphic illustrations and reviews carried out by the students demonstrated the already existing sensitivity and that acquired during these activities.
