Resumo:
To map educational technologies used to support the teaching of semiology
and semiotechnics in nursing during social distancing. Method: This is an integrative
review developed after completing six steps: identification of the theme and selection of
the hypothesis or research question for the elaboration of the integrative review;
establishment of criteria for inclusion and exclusion of studies/sampling or literature
search; definition of the information to be extracted from the selected studies/
categorization of the studies; evaluation of studies included in the integrative review;
interpretation of results and presentation of the review/synthesis of knowledge, resulting
in the following guiding question: what educational technologies are used to support the
teaching of semiology and semiotechnics during social distancing? Medline, Cinahl,
Scopus and Lilacs databases were used, where searches were performed including articles
from 2020 to 2022 and excluding those that did not answer the question. Results: After
applying all the exclusion criteria, a quantitative of 1158 articles was obtained, which
resulted in a selective sample of seven articles that were used as a basis for the production
of this work. The samples have different authors, the most common being the
methodological study. Regarding the technologies and content addressed, the type of
technologies was identified: a technology in the form of a digital image provided by the
cell phone, a communication technology using WhatsApp Messenger; an information
communication technology (information technology: hardware and software;
communication technology: electronic systems); a high-fidelity simulation and three
educational videos. Conclusion: Thus, it can be said that the results found corroborate
the initial question, reaching the objective. The work was developed with limitations of
studies because it is a new subject, making searches for selection difficult. With this, it is
concluded by emphasizing the importance of inserting the discipline of Semiology and
Semiotechnics in the academy, enabling the Nursing undergraduate to have competences
and skills, such as creativity, critical thinking and reflection.
