Abstract:
The present work of conclusion of course intends to prove that the anonymous birth
emerges as an alternative to reduce abortion cases, as well as to try to solve
the sad situation of newborns and children abandoned completely
clandestine. The methodology used for the elaboration of this work was the research,
qualitative, the method of approach was the deductive, through the procedure
bibliographic and documentary. The institute under analysis works in a way that reduces bureaucracy
adoption. Furthermore, it makes it possible for women who no longer intend to continue
with the child can find a new mechanism to protect their health and
protect the child's right to life, thus preventing them from seeking abortions
clandestine. The right to secrecy in anonymous childbirth must be weighed against the rights
of personality that are inherent to all subjects of law. There needs to be
a balance, always allowing the most important thing to be respected: the right to life.
