Abstract:
The use of software that uses the construction information modeling concept, BIM, has been gaining more and more space in the civil construction scenario, due to its numerous advantages compared to programs that were left in the past. Therefore, this work has as main premise to use a project made only in 2D. With the drawings in hand, the modeling in BIM software of all projects of a single-family residence will be carried out. With the finished designs, with the help of the Navisworks program, an interference analysis will be carried out between all of them and possible solutions will be proposed that will end this conflict, managing to resolve it even in the planning phase, avoiding unnecessary expenses with rework, labor and waste of materials. Finally, with the project made compatible, and with all the quantitative surveys of the projects generated automatically by the program, a synthetic budget of the building will be carried out.
