Resumo:
The present work aims to analyze the challenges faced by teachers, students and their guardians,
with Emergency Remote Teaching, at the Municipal School of Basic Education Ildefonso
Anselmo da Silva in Amparo, Paraíba. The research carried out in 2021 is a quantitative study,
which sought to collect data through the WhatsApp online platform, and printed questionnaires,
prepared on the Google Forms platform, which were sent to participants, respecting the social
isolation established by the Ministry. of Health, in the period of the Covid-19 pandemic. From
the data analysis and bibliographic study, it was evident that professionals and students in the
municipality were not prepared to experience this new experience, as students were excluded
from the remote teaching process. In addition, difficulties in accessing and using digital
technologies were presented.
