Résumé:
Given the relevance of the technology transfer process for society, it is understood that
excellence in its performance is necessary. To this end, Universities are protagonists in the
innovation development process, through their Technological Innovation Centers (NITs).
Considering the representativeness of the NITs and that their performance as a dynamic
capacity is little explored in the literature, the research aims to analyze which are the most
appropriate forms of action so that the Technological Innovation Centers (NIT) of the
Universities can contribute to the efficiency of the its Technology Transfer (T.T) processes as
a Dynamic Capability (DC). In the theoretical framework, in addition to presenting the concepts
of some seminal authors, we sought to bring new contributions to the study, taking as a
theoretical basis the technological transfer framework as a dynamic capability developed by
Fernandes (2016) The research characterizes qualitative, through a case study, having as locus
the NIT of the Federal University of Campina Grande (UFCG). The subjects participating in
the study were members of the NITT. For these actors, semi-structured interviews were carried
out, where the data were analyzed using the content analysis technique, with the support of the
NVivo software for transcription of the collected information. Finally, the results obtained
indicate that the UFCG's NIT carries out the technology transfer process considering both
aspects of its external and internal environment, with greater emphasis on the second and more
directed to the registration of patents and that, for such a process, it would be more effective, it
would be necessary to focus on variables of the external environment, in particular, regarding
a greater interaction with the demands of productive sectors.
