Résumé:
This project consists on finding an optimal controller for a control system with a thermal
plate process (temperature system). Thus, for this system, it was made the identification
through the model-fitting to a 1st order plus time delay model, the tuning of a PI controller
through the SIMC-PID tuning rules, and the optimization of the controller parameters
through the multi criteria H ∞. In this sense, the calculations performed for identification,
tuning and optimization were made by routines developed in MATLAB software. Finally,
an evaluation of the tuning parameters of the SIMC-PID controller and the optimal
controller is presented.
