Implantação das exigências de saúde e segurança do trabalho no eSocial: um estudo de caso.

Abstract

The possibility of accessing labor rights and social security benefits is directly related to the time an employee contributes to the social security system, which requires the implementation of information on the working conditions of the employee. In view of the new government requirements regarding Occupational Health and Safety (OSH), eSocial is determined to be an agile, multipurpose and efficient tool for collecting data analysis maintained by companies, granting a more active inspection and with greater veracity of the facts by the State's supervisory bodies, , greater security in legal procedures for companies and uncomplicated access to social security services for workers, specifically Occupational Health and Safety (OSH). Therefore, for the accomplishment of this work, the qualitative methodology was developed based on the application of questionnaires with the employees of the enterprise, and in a complementary way the quantitative analysis addressed illuminance assessments, noise and heat present on the factory floor. The INDEXMED system was also used for the elaboration of the programs required by eSocial. As a result, it was observed that the respondent company is preparing to meet this new need and agrees that this type of bookkeeping will speed up and reduce the flow of labor and benefits information, in addition, management declares its satisfaction shortly after implementations required by regulatory standards. With the measurements carried out, unhealthy conditions were identified for employees working in the oven sector, with an additional 20%. It was also possible to identify through the noise measurement that the worker who handles the maromba in the production sector is being subjected to a noise of 89dB, which according to NR 15 is above the allowed level, also exceeding the daily dose of 100% recommended by law. Related to the ambient illuminance, the company has a place with ample natural light, which makes the lighting adequate according to NBR 5413, with only the kitchen, administration and oven sector being below the level. Finally, after analyzing the results and implementing the OSH programs, it is oriented in this case, as a complementary matter, that the worker continues to make use of the safety measures adopted by the company to protect him from the risk of accidents.
