Abstract:
The article discusses the importance of the Personnel Management sector in a Public Hospital and its
challenges that influence the provision of quality assistance to the user. For that the
The general objective of the research is to analyze which aspects hinder the development of the
within the hospital environment and evaluate the perspectives of users. As
methodological procedures applied to the research is configured as bibliographic and field with
qualitative approach . The research chose as subjects 101 collaborators, 116 users and the
Human Resources Manager. The results showed that factors such as motivation, remuneration,
communication, training, capacity building, failures in the Human Resources sector, appreciation and
respect for the server directly affect the level of satisfaction within the
work. As a conclusion, it was identified that the Hospital needs to align the factors that make the
service and develop practices aimed at improving the quality and humanization of
services.
