Résumé:
The planet earth has been suffering environmental impacts, caused by men, since its inception. However, from the industrial revolution, throughout the 20th century, environmental problems intensified, mainly due to the evolution of machines and industries, in addition to the urbanization process. In universities, awareness is a crucial factor, through environmental education. By working with individuals and future professionals, higher education institutions have the role of routinely showing the damage that our actions can cause to the planet. For this, this research has as a general objective: to identify educational practices aimed at sustainability in undergraduate courses at the Federal University of Campina Grande (UFCG), Pombal-PB campus. This work uses a field research. The target audience of this research are current coordinators of undergraduate courses at the UFCG de Pombal campus. It was evident that the interviewees have a vision of what sustainability is, as well as its practices.
