Abstract:
The objective of the present work was to evaluate the dry kinetics of dry leaves in the
Brazilian rain forest (Lippia alba) in natura, a plant widely used by the population,
being present in the list of plants used by the SUS, characterizing the leaves of the plant
in natura convective dryer, formulate a hydroalcoholic extract from the best drying
condition and obtain a dry extract by drying in spray drying. Waiting for the process to
obtain a concentrated dry bioactive product enhancing the plant's phytotherapic
capacity. The work was divided into chapters, in which each chapter will address a
process performed to obtain the dry product.
