Saline stress is one of the main obstacles to citrus production in arid and semi-arid regions, limiting fruit production and quality, making it necessary to use genetic materials with tolerant potential, which aim to improve the quality of citrus production in these regions. . In this sense, the objective was to evaluate the effect of salinity on the quality characteristics of 'Tahiti' lime fruit grafted on different rootstocks produced under irrigation water salinity. The experiment was carried out under field conditions, located at the Federal University of Campina Grande - UFCG, in the municipality of Pombal, Paraíba. A completely randomized experimental design was used, in a 3 x 2 factorial scheme, with 3 genotypes ('TSKFL x (LCR x TR) - 012', 'TSKFL x (LCR x TR) - 018' and 'TSKFL x TRBK - 030' ') and 2 irrigation waters 0.3 dSm-1 (supply system in Pombal, Paraíba, Brazil) and saline water of 3.0 dSm-1 (addition of NaCl),) with 3 repetitions of 3 fruits each. In the genotypes TSKFL x (LCR x TR) - 012, TSKFL x (LCR x TR) - 018 and TSKFL x TRBK - 030 the use of salinity in irrigation corresponding to 3.0 dS m-1 inferred in the greatest results, when compared to treatments with water supply, in the variables: soluble solids, SS / AT ratio, soluble sugars and flavonoids. The TSKFL x TRBK - 030 genotype irrigated with 3.0 dS m-1 saline water obtained the best results for quality characteristics.
