In this work, we investigate the impact of Lorentz invariance breaking in a cosmological
scenario. In this sense, we show the possibility of superluminal neutrinos
highly energetic in the presence of a constant field that controls the Lorentz symmetry
violation. Investigate the effective metric in space with curvature k = 0 via metric
Friedmann-Robertson-Walker and the other in space with curvature k 6= 0 in spherical
coordinates, through analyzing a potential constant scaling factor and the deceleration
parameter. A similar behavior, however, subluminal, is also observed from inflatons
in the low energy regime. Therefore, this type of cosmological scenario can hold the
idea of superluminal neutrinos and dark energy.
