Resumo:
This work aims at a reading of the works the color of tenderness and Happiness has no color as to the ethnic-racial issues represented there. We find that in today's society we are still faced with racist and exclusionary actions in relation to the Negro in our country, and in the school space it is no different. As a form of discourse present in society, literature can help to make clear problems related to life, through figurative and emotional language reflecting on reality. For this work, we carried out a bibliographical review and used the comparative method, allowing a reading of the works, with the support of a theoretical reference oriented to the issues of literature, teaching, black ethnicity and society. The focus is on understanding how in these two narratives questions are put around the black to our society. This is because a whole historically racist construction slips in children and especially in the school environment imposing separation and consequences for the construction as a social individual.
