Abstract:
This of course work completion, resulting from a documentary and bibliographical research is
guided by the contributions of Dialogic Discourse Analysis (Bakhtin and Circle) and part of
question-problem: what is the impact of the Rector Major to the accession of UFCG Ebserh
Forum in Defense of SUS Campina Grande - PB and the entities that comprise it, as well as
online media? In order to answer the question raised, we highlight as their goals: reflect how
the statement concrete and replicas to have said reflect and refract the evaluative territory of
those involved in the fact that involves UFCG and Ebserh and analyze, dialogically, the
replica set out on the publication on March 26, 2014, the rector of the letter informing the
president of Ebserh the accession of UFCG the company, highlighting the evaluative tones
summoned in such replicas. The corpus of research forms part of a documentary research, as
for analysis in the use of the generator corpus which was the office of rector UFCG and as

Alcides Carneiro (HUAC) and Revolutionary Workers Party (POR), as well as reports on the
fact that the membership of the UFCG Ebserh and comments from netizens on the content of
