Resumo:
This paper investigates the relations between language, education and change in the
context of the classroom, from the analysis of interviews with elementary school
students II. Established to analyze linguistic variation of activities in order to understand
how it is and changes the minds of students about language and its heterogeneity. From
this question, we draw two goals for research: identifying the previous imaginary
students about language and its heterogeneity and verify that these imaginary are
modified and how after pedagogical work on changes made in a class of 6th year of a
school private school. To support the analysis of our research we rely on the theoretical
contributions of studies of Discourse Analysis ( Orlandi, 1998 2012) ; CAUDURO ,
2011) ; sociolinguistic studies ( BAGNO , 2005, 2007 ; BORTONNI - RICARDO ,
2004, 2005 ) Data collection resulted from a questionnaire and three activities about
variation (diatopical , diastrática and diafásica ) , they answered twice by the students
before and after school on variation. The results showed that the imaginary of our
research students are on the move, this is justified by the fact that their language
affiliations before the activities were predominant in traditional membership rules and
communication, and after the activities there was a significant reversal, passing students
had joined one sociointeracional language or discursive perspective, predominantly.
These results prove that the imaginary students are under construction and
reconstruction and that their identities are constituted from heterogeneous sayings.
