Resumo:
This work aims to contribute to society, concerning the realization of rights, for children
with disabilities, school, and family. With a basis for understanding, the inclusion
process is based on the legislation of the person with ASD (Autistic Spectrum Disorder)
and their rights. This work has the general objective: to analyze if the rights of children
with ASD are being implemented as determined by the Law. An interview was
conducted with a mother of a child with ASD, who attends school, so that we could
understand the process of inclusion and the relationship of the family and school,
favoring their experiences in the school context as well as in the social sphere. That is
why it is so important to enter the ASD world and get to know closely the challenges
faced daily not only by the autistic individual but also by the family and the whole
society to which he is inserted. Given the results sought by the work, I affirm that were
achieved, perceived the effort of both the family and the school for the rights of the
child are effective, there is a good relationship family and school.
