Abstract:
Pumping water for irrigation and animal watering is quite common.
in rural properties, a practice that entails high costs with electricity.
Therefore, it is important to insert technological means that reduce these
costs and solar/photovoltaic energy can be pointed out as a viable alternative,
because in addition to the low cost, it provides environmental benefits. This study had
The objective is to dimension a pumping system using photovoltaic energy, to

31,182.02 and expected return on investment for the sixth year after implementation
of the system, with a profit at the end of its useful life of almost R$ 350 thousand. The measure may
avoid the emission of more than 50 thousand kg of CO2. concluded
