Resumo:
Digital mapping is the process of compiling a set of data in digital format. The main objective of this
mapping is to allow the creation of maps with precise representations of the mapped areas. Location,
route planning, search, recommendation, among others, are some of the main functionalities that
services using digital maps can offer. However, the mentioned functionalities generally do not involve,
whenever possible, geographical characteristics in their parameters. Thus, the tool described in this
work is a digital map that promotes the integration of geographical characteristics with the basic
characteristics of Points of Interest and geographic elements in carrying out activities of search,
comparison, and analysis between locations and regions. To do this, points and geographic elements
will be represented by feature vectors, and the similarity values of each location will be obtained by
pre-trained machine learning models.
