Résumé:
The objective of this research is to propose a framework with behavioral determinants for the
practice of Collaborative Consumption. Several methodologies were adopted in this
exploratory research with a qualitative-quantitative cut. Initially, through a bibliometric
research, an analysis of the conceptual structure of collaborative consumption was made.
Subsequently, a theoretical essay was carried out to analyze the collaborative consumption
market in the light of the Transaction Cost Theory, addressing the attributes of transactions
and behavioral aspects and their relationship with the essential principles of collaborative
consumption. Then, a bibliometric study was carried out on the measurement scales for the
practice of collaborative consumption, in order to map and cluster the theme, identifying the
behavioral determinants of collaborative consumption. Finally, in order to fulfill the objective
of this dissertation, a framework was proposed with behavioral determinants for the practice
of collaborative consumption, which was evaluated by experts, through the Survey technique,
and the results were qualitatively categorized and analyzed according to the technique of
translation validity (face and content validity) and, quantitatively, analyzes were performed
based on weighted mean, standard deviation and Content Validity Index. This study presents
theoretical and practical contributions to the strengthening of discussions on collaborative
consumption, as well as to the advancement of new investigations, in order to expand the
impact of new studies on the subject and on new possibilities for approaches and analyzes in
discussions about practices of collaborative consumption.
