Résumé:
A cloud computing middleware presents a hyperconverged architecture when its computing,
virtualization, storage and network services can be deployed, in a consolidated manner, on the same
server. Unlike a classic architecture, in which the services need to be on different servers, the
hyperconverged architecture allows optimizing the use of available hardware resources by
consolidating several services into a smaller number of resources. However, this consolidation can
present challenges as it can create contention for resources. In this work, we intend to perform a
performance test of a hyperconverged architecture of the OpenStack cloud. This test will consider the
typical load served by a large Brazilian e-commerce company.
