Resumo:
Objective: To map the strategies used in health care networks to
guarantee of adequate nutrition for infants born to HIV-positive mothers.
Methodology: This is a scope review, using the guidelines
Joanna Briggs Institute (JBI) methodological guidelines and guided by Preferred Reporting
Items for Systematic Reviews (PRISMA-ScR). Searches were carried out in three
databases, data collection took place from November to December
2022 and the free Rayyan web review application was used to screen the
results. Of the 999 studies identified, 93 were selected for reading in
complete and 30 were selected to compose the final corpus. Results: Most
of the identified studies were carried out in countries on the African continent, with the
South Africa was the country where most of the studies were identified. breastfeeding
Exclusive breastfeeding was the most common strategy in the studies. Conclusion: The
Exclusive breastfeeding was the most used strategy in less developed countries.
