Through an analysis of qualitative research with documentary based on secondary sources and
research descriptive and exploratory field , we evaluated the applicability of the use of
regression analysis for the implementation of a policy for jobs and wages , using escalation
Binary comparison and regression analysis , in a small family- services provider company
with 56 employees in a non- participant observation . Was evaluated in three mathematical
methods to calculate the wage, and the method of scaling using binary comparison of the key
positions that are matched in pairs , so that each position in question is compared to another, resulting in a hierarchy . The study revealed that there is the possibility of implementing a
policy for jobs and wages provided they use a hybrid system and that the direction of small
business especially if it is administered by family , keep a firm commitment to maintain the
defined policy.
