Abstract:
With the importance of inserting and arouse the interest of the company to meet the strategic
management tools in order to raise the competitive level of the company in becoming a key
power in its field. This study was carried out in order to meet internal environments
(Strengths and Weaknesses) and external (Opportunities and Threats), the company, the level
of competition where the company is located and finally, the participation rate of each product
in market and its proper growth. To get to this study, it was necessary to use certain
methodologies such as SWOT analysis, analysis of market and PORTER analysis BCG
matrix. This is a case study with exploratory and descriptive. Having concluded as exercise,
practice and implementation of the tools of strategic management seeking to improve
organizational growth and satisfaction of its consumers.
