Resumo:
The psychometric examination consists of a work of skill, through psychological tests, the
main mental capacities of individuals, it is mandatory for applicants to obtain, renew (for
drivers engaged in paid work to the vehicle) and adding categories to the National Driving
License (CNH). The seven years' experience working with this public/applicant, gave rise in
quantitatively analyze the customer satisfaction to the first qualification for the service
provided by accredited professionals. It was noted that some of that public perceptions were
voiced repeatedly, so that a deeper investigation on the matter proved necessary. Thus, this paper proposes the suggestion of a study aimed at measuring customer satisfaction in relation
to the service provided by the psychologist, aiming to present a research proposal in order to
analyze this effect, through the development of a structured questionnaire, and based on the
theories of Social Representation and Determinants of Quality in service delivery. This work
is thus a research proposal. The traffic psychology, still lacking in research and publications,
is certainly a fertile territory to be exploited in a responsible way, focusing on the satisfaction
of the population and also the recognition of professionals.
