Resumen:
In seeking to meet the requirements of the consumer market, it is necessary to monitor
organizational performance towards best practices for competitive success, knowing your
system as a whole and its subsystems involved. Thus, we sought to investigate and propose an
improvement in the productive system of the clothing store, located in the Paraíba cariri. The
result of this work was the characterization of the system as possible from the analysis "in
situ" of the operation and characteristics of the system and conducting interviews with
customers and employees. The study took a descriptive and qualitative, as well as direct
observation. According to proceeded, had become a knowledge of the importance of customer
satisfaction as well as their requirements and limitations.
