The current market context and characteristics of the consumers require organizations to adapt
to the modern and innovative management standards that enable tangible improvements in the
business environment. Knowledge management and information constitutes an efficient
technique to add value operations and enable the effective growth of an organization. Based
on the assumptions of the management of information, the objective of this paper is to
evaluate the performance of Knowledge Management and Competitive Intelligence on a
company's goods sector and services Campina Grande - PB , specializing in the field of computer science. Therefore, the methodology used is descriptive and exploratory in nature, is
used PersonalBrain software to map the main aspects inherent in knowledge management and
competitive intelligence in relation to the organizational scope of the study . Given that many
organizations make use of such unconscious form of these processes, the results indicate that
the analyzed company seeks to use consciously and effectively assumptions related to
Knowledge Management and Competitive Intelligence, adding value to their activities and
acting strategically competitive in its target segment.
