Résumé:
This article aims to present the transformations that reached the organizational
management, focusing on trends in new approaches to process's management. By
bibliographic research and theoretical analysis on the subject, could be noticed that the
vision of organizational management has migrated from a reductionist to a systemic
focus. The latest management approaches converge to the concept of process's business, in which the emphasis of processes's business spreads in administrative practices and activities linked to various processes.
