Resumo:
The article shows a simplistic market research for future installation of a natural juice
company, in a small property, called Situation farm, located on the BR 356 s/n, in São João
da Barra city. The territorial extent of the property is 120,000.00 m², with plantations of
exotics fruits and the property under study, for example: coconut, guava, star fruit, banana,
cashew, orange, pineapple, melon and mango. The idea is to propose the creation of a natural small juice company. The methodology employed is a case study with data mining
and in loco observations. The results found in the market research were satisfactory. Of the
61 respondents, 68,85% of the interviewees said that the project would work and 83,61%
would leave the competitor market to buy in the fictitious CamSucos® Naturais Company.
We also evaluated the preference of people about the flavors of juices available on a larger
scale in the city. There is a pretty significant followers portion of the fruits of the Situation
farm. The coconut juice was of the greatest preference, that is, 32.75% and followed by
guava with 22.70%. The article allowed us to analyze the potential of the future consumer
market in a simple and easy way. This was only a first step to enhance the CamSucos®
Naturais company's launching. To become it true, it will be necessary to invest in labor
force and machinery. And if that happens, certainly small entrepreneurs will succeed
financially.
