Résumé:
This research proposes to analyze from the socioeducation management reports of Paraíba from the years 2019 and 2020, as well as the main documents that structure and regulate the socioeducational system, with the centrality of investigating and reflecting on the importance given by these documents in what it concerns the pedagogical practices of socioeducational assistance on gender and sexuality issues within the scope of the SocioEducational Unit Rita Gadelha/PB. It was a study of exploratory qualitative methodology carried out through a bibliographical and documentary study, where the Statute of the Child and Adolescent (ECA), Resolution n.119/2006 CONANDA, the Sinase Law under n. 12,594/2012, as well as the National SocioEducational Assistance Plan, the Political Pedagogical Project (PPP) of the Rita Gadelha-PB Unit and the FUNDAC Management reports for the years 2019 and 2020. Thus, this research was
carried out considering that in recent decades there has been an important advance in the elaboration of laws, resolutions, parameters and plans that aim at improvements in socioeducational care. However, it is established in an introductory way the implementation that involves a dialogue that links the dimension of the gender category to the pedagogical practices of socioeducational assistance. Considering that the
existing interlocution in the precepts of such documents do not properly address gendersexuality issues, resulting in misunderstandings or silencing, in addition to producing flexibility for the practices of socioeducational services regarding this approach.
