Resumo:
The aim of this work is to develop an architectural project for the Family Rural
Cooperative Agroindustry, using AutoCAD as the base and taking a local enterprise
located in Pombal/PB as reference. Agriculture is one of Brazil's main economies,
responsible for almost R$100 billion in export volume, along with livestock, according
to data from the International Relations Secretariat of the Ministry of Agriculture,
Livestock, and Supply (SRI/Mapa). Family Agriculture is responsible for 70% of the
food consumed in the country, according to data from the Brazilian Institute of
Geography and Statistics (IBGE). The compliance of construction aspects of
buildings focused on receiving, processing, and distributing food can significantly
contribute to the advancement of the inclusion of these producers in more
competitive networks and exploring new production potentials. The project must be
developed from a study of compliance with current legislation in the state of Paraíba
and by consulting a representative of the studied enterprise, taking into account the
needs for use and certifications that must be met by the project. Additionally, the
benefits generated for the rural producer will be evaluated, seeking to identify
solutions that can contribute to the development and strengthening of family
agriculture in the region. A project with an adequate layout for pre-production,
processing, storage, and commercialization activities is crucial for the strengthening
of family agriculture and can provide a new perspective for the producer about their
production model, allowing for compliance with sanitary and construction
specifications (SIF), and highlighting the products compared to those commercialized
in the market without the same care, in addition to promoting growth and
strengthening the community.
