Résumé:
the multidisciplinary projects involved for the success of its implementation. Thus, project
management is essential, because through it the manager can strategically manage
information. This study aims to analyze the incompatibilities report of multifamily buildings
to identify the recurring items in notes, produce indicators for analysis, and information
feedback to the company's process. Through the categorization of the reports and
subsequent analysis of the extracted data, it was identified that the most recurrent constructive element in the records is the piping, having in mind that it is a construction material used in several disciplines, it is understandable that it has an expressive value. In
the indicator regarding the area of occurrence of the notes, it was found that most of the
incompatibilities occur on the type floor, about 9% and 23%, during the virtual construction
01 and 02, respectively. This floor plan is the target of many optimization notifications due
to its high replicability and great influence on the final cost of the project. In the indicator
related to the disciplines involved in the notes, it was analyzed that the architectural and
structural projects together represent more than 50% of the notes analyzed. Critical
analyses and solutions adopted in the studied projects were also registered for further
application in future project coordination processes, such as the need for obstacle signaling
in pillars and the substitution of materials to obtain a better costbenefit
ratio. Thus, it can be
concluded that the application of knowledge management is essential for the evolution of
the company's managerial processes, because through the feedback of the knowledge
acquired in this study, the prediction of problems and the definition of better solutions can
be more effective.
