Resumen:
This paper presents an analysis of the application of the methodology and
Troubleshooting analysis on a pre-made factory midsize and benefits obtained from the
use of this tool. They are given the diagnosis of the company and the main results
achieved through the application of this tool in a case study. Companies use various tools
for understanding and extinction problems and a widely used tool that covers effective methods to this end is the MASP, which is the methodology studied in this work and has
a brief theoretical basis explained below. Its significant results are shown later by
comparing before and after use of this tool. The MASP allows employees a systemic view
of the process, through the general understanding in their fields. Activities related to
MASP should be part of routine all involved, not as an obligation, but the involvement
with sole purpose of rapid and visible return and help in making the right decisions.
