Resumen:
A method for evaluating parking systems is presented, where both qualitative and quantitative criteria are considered. The method was
applied based on the actual data of the commercial center of the city of Campina Grande - PB. The multi objective linear programming technique used allows the
considered to be evaluated through objective punctures, which seek to minimize disutilities in the allocation process of system users. The flexibility of the mathematical method used in this work allows an evaluation of the system in several aspects, considering the disutilities individually or through the various possible combinations between the objective functions. Once the method has been applied and developed, an assessment is made of the current system and impacts
in the implementation of measures that the administrative organs intend to adopt. The suggested suggestions are to provide better performance of the parking system.
