Resumo:
It is widely known among educators that Brazilian reading levels are low, as it says the result of the International Student Assessment Program (PISA), responsible for measuring the reading levels of Brazilian people. One of the main reasons why this problem happens is the fact that students are unmotivated regarded the literary works that are presented to them in classroom, and to the methods of reading applied in the process. In this context, we understand the needing of presenting them literary works with stimulating topics in the school ambience, like feminist issues, since this kind of literature brings discussions that allow reflection on contents from the daily lives of students, such as, domestic violence, working mothers, gender inequality, among others. It is important to highlight this kind of literature, because over the years female authors’ texts have been erased from literary historiography, due to a patriarchal social construction. Thus, in order to seeking alternatives to the so-called “reading crisis” in the Brazilian school scenario, we aim, in this dissertation, to reflect on female authored literature as a possible tool for the emancipation of the ninth-grade-student reader, considering the perspective of literary literacy, aiming the creation of a literary reading notebook. Therefore, this research is based on the concepts of alphabetization, literacies, multi-literacies and literary literacy pointed out by Soares (2016 and 2020), Cosson and Paulino (2009), and Cosson (2018), among other authors. We will also present some considerations on literature reading defended by Zilberman (2010), as well as studies on female authorship literature found in Zolin (2007), among others. As a result of our research, we will present a Literary Reading Notebook with guidelines for the teacher and activities for the students. In the activities, besides discussing different topics from a feminist/female point of view, we will promote literary literacy.
