Abstract:
The article discusses the performance of management in the articulation of interpersonal relationships at school, considering it as a space, par excellence, conducive to the coexistence and integral development of human beings. For this, a theoretical study was carried out on the importance of interpersonal relationships in this work environment, reflecting that a democratic management favors these relationships and that management becomes responsible for favoring spaces for collective action aimed at personal, emotional well-being and professional. In order to investigate how interpersonal relationships favor coexistence and corroborate school effectiveness, observation was carried out in a municipal public school in the city of Cachoeira dos Índios-PB, in addition to reading and analysis of the Pedagogical Political Project and application of a closed questionnaire. , with 09 (nine) education professionals, 08 (eight) teachers and 01 (one) supervisor. The results proved that interpersonal relationships influence the Organization of Pedagogical Work, in addition to contributing to the effectiveness of quality education, all of this in line with a democratic school management that aims at educational/social transformation.
