Résumé:
With the increasingly competitive market, one has to always seek process improvements
tools, so you can thus survive in this environment and make certain decisions at the
appropriate time, based on solid information. Thus, this article aims to address the philosophy
of Lean Manufacturing (Lean Manufacturing), this one aims to eliminate waste in the
production process by the principle of eliminating any variation in processes, always focusing
on the objectives of the companies that implement involving in particular: quality, time and
cost, with the strategy to develop systematic capacity using the standardized method. In this
context, the objective is to present the proposal for deployment of this tool as production
management system in order to thus seek cost savings, even with productivity and
competitive advantage. This study was based on a literature review based on books, articles
and dissertation for its theoretical foundation and to serve as a basis for discussion of the data
collected, the company Sencallor Ltda. Manaus-AM. From this, a new production
management system has been proposed.
