Abstract:
In future trips demand forecasting of transport
planning process there is a set of models of estimating trip
di s tribut ion.
Three among the gravity models more used are
presented in this dissertation. With home-interview data in
- Campina Grande-Pb, they are calibrated by computer programs and
the results analyzed through evaluation indicators taken with
basis on standard error of estimate.
The conclusions define the gravity models of less
dispersion, consequently that of best adjustment to the observed
data.
