Résumé:
This study seeks to generate knowledge for practical application, also aims to solve specific
problems in the case of organizational climate. Check and understand through the prepared
questions the goals are to identify what influence the organizational climate has on the
motivation and productivity of employees in the face of the organization's daily life; in the
business of recycling. The study was conducted through case studies, interviews, qualitative
and exploratory nature, with data collection conducted through a questionnaire for employees.
Through qualitative interviews with employees of the organization, it can detect the need to
reassess the working conditions, organizational culture, management styles and interpersonal skills of its employees. It concludes that an unpleasant organizational climate has an impact
on employees, they feel unmotivated and unproductive, causing the goals and goals are not
achieved within the organization.
