Resumen:
With the need to reduce deadlines and costs of works due to the heating of the civil construction market, engineers developed projects in shorter times and with that they are faced with problems of incompatibilities, which in most cases are perceived only in the execution phase . In order to solve this problem, BIM proposes new methodologies for the development, analysis and execution of the work, and among them are the automatic communication between the projects that involve the building, to avoid conflicts that lead to rework, additional costs and delays in the project schedule. Even so, the present work aims to model the projects that involve a public work built in the city of Bernardino Batista-PB within the BIM platform in order to find possible compatibility errors involving the elements (structural, electrical, hydrosanitary and designed) through Clash Detect, in which 60 conflicts were found involving beams and water pipes, 23 involving conduits and beams, 17 involving beams and frames, among others, not knowing what was the proposed solution for the main errors found.
